Dr. Clancy’s office is in Boulder, CO, where he sees clients in person. Dr. Clancy also offers telemedicine services to clients in Colorado + New Mexico

When a client establishes an appointment for an evaluation with Dr. Clancy, a confidential portal will be made available for the client through the Simple Practice Electronic Medical Record System. Through the portal, clients can enter demographic and payment information, fill out rating scales, complete HIPAA and other healthcare related forms, and send messages to Dr. Clancy

While Dr. Clancy does not accept health insurance, some clients are able to collect partial to full reimbursement through their health insurance carrier (must have out of network benefits). Dr. Clancy can provide a bill that clients can submit to their insurance carrier. Dr. Clancy does not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Medicare will not reimburse clients for services rendered by Dr. Clancy
